Pheobe, an African Pygmy Hedgehog, is the official mascot of the AP US History class  who lives with the Stanziola family. Carrie Stanziola tells us that Phoebe is actually ill-tempered but that Carrie's younger sister has a special rapport with Phoebe. Rumor has it that Phoebe is actually a leader in the Ground Hog-ese Liberation Army and Hedgehog Alliance.
