Donald Johanson
Dress-Alike Day
at Rutland High
School, April 1 2005
As part of
our studies of early man we viewed portions of the Nova series In Search of
Human Origins hosted by Donald
Johanson. Noticing that Dr. Johanson had a penchant for khaki
shorts and denim shirts, we decided to get in the mood for a trip to
Hadar by dressing the part. Below are the Donald Johanson Dress-Alikes.
We got 100% participation by the class!

Left to right, standing: Michelle Laliberte, Brett “Pipes” Parenzan, Jake “the Snake” Eddy, Kayla Masse, Zack “Where am I?” Thompson, Heidi “she’s not heavy, she’s my sister” Lynch, Liza Martin, Jared Kinsler, Hong Sang Yoon, Evan Socia, Mike McClallen, Nick “What Me Worry?” Corsones, Josh “don’t even get me going” Gregg, Tanya Cambell, Will “always up to something” Gormly, Frank “stop making me laugh” Gilman, Patrick See, Heather Sienkiewicz, Cory “don’t worry, we won’t get caught” Hoover. In front, kneeling: Mallory Wilson, Evan “where’s my package?” Briggs, Mr. Peterson, Anna Romeo, Meghan Ahearn, Chrissy Liphardt. Missing: Bill Mordecai who did his DJ dress alike the previous day so he could go to NYC on our day and Tesia Lawson who came in after we took the picture.
A couple of teachers
decided to put their knees in the breeze, too:

![]() Bonjour! Madame Baker (or is
that Jane Goodall? with a couple of DJ Dress-Alikes
|
![]() Ms. McCormack and Ms. Godbout are ready to do some fossil hunting |
